Jungian Dreamwork

Uncovering the symbols of the psyche

This month’s paid member workshop is on developing a Jungian dreamwork practice. If you’re interested in watching, you can upgrade now or purchase the class directly here.

Learn the fundamentals of a Jungian approach to dreams and uncover how they shape and support psychological development

Dreams give us direct access to the depths of the psyche. They act as a powerful bridge to the unconscious realm, unveiling the subtle dynamics that are alive in our inner world. In this workshop, we explore how to understand and engage with the images and symbols of our dreams through a Jungian perspective.

Have a dream or parts of a dream (like a striking symbol or repeating motif) that you’d like to use for the exercise in class.

Topics include:

  • A Jungian approach to understanding dreams

  • Developing a symbolic attitude towards dream material

  • Common dream motifs and their significance

  • Tips for remembering dreams and building a consistent dreamwork practice

  • How to interpret dreams through a Jungian lens

After watching the video, I invite you to join me in the comments for discussion, to ask questions and explore the exercise from the class.
