Lots of synchronicity on this one as I've also been describing my emotions erupting like a volcano and been dreaming A LOT about my father's house since he died. My therapist also lent me that same book to read and it wasn't grabbing me so I was going to return it, lol, but maybe I'll give it another go now! Oh and love thinking of the large imaginary spider crawling on my pillow that woke me up as an invitation to descend even deeper into my interior. Have wondered about that one a lot so many thanks for sharing all this! And also the word Psychopomp is just so much fun!

A dream of two pairs of women. I and another woman drive into a courtyard. We meet two other women in the courtyard who have some relationship to the large dark institutional like building behind it. The women in the car with me goes off with one of these courtyard women while I am told by the other that she has some fine first edition books, would I like to view? Yes. I then notice my car has become a vintage black model T ford and I apologise that it is now blocking the entrance to the courtyard. She says it doesn’t matter. By now the other two women are going towards the building looking for a child. The child is being kept there by a man. He is on the cusp of old age, an ugly menacing kind of man. So I am being distracted by books while this other woman wants, I think, to rescue the child. When I awake, I think this is a rather Kalschedian dream.
