This month I am excited to offer a workshop on my favorite divination technique — dream incubation, where you set an intention or pose a question before sleep in hopes of receiving a dream in response. Cultivating this practice has supported me in times of turmoil, provided me guidance on creative and relational struggles, and brought forth clarity and healing. It really is an incredible form of inner work, and I’d love for you to join us in the member’s community as we deepen our relationship to dreams.

Join us this month inside The Artemisian’s membership for Dreamwork & Divination, a class that introduces you to the ancient art of dream incubation, where you set an intention or pose a question before sleep in hopes of receiving a dream in response. Through a Jungian and archetypal lens, you’ll learn how to craft potent incubation questions, design ritual containers for dreaming, and interpret messages from the unconscious with greater clarity and depth. This workshop is an invitation to engage dreaming as a sacred practice, one that opens the door to healing, insight, and a deeper connection with your inner world.
By the end of class you will:
Understand the Jungian perspective on dreams and divination, giving you a clear understanding of the psychology behind the experience
Learn how to craft effective incubation questions and design a ritual container for inviting meaningful dreams
Apply the process of dream incubation, so you can use it as a practice for receiving insight from the unconscious
Work with the myth of Asclepius to deepen your connection to the symbolic, healing dimension of dreams
Gain tools for interpreting incubation dreams so you can recognize the symbolic language of the psyche and its practical application to life
A post-workshop discussion thread will be available the week after to reflect on how the practice unfolds, share dreams that arise, and receive support with interpretation.
